About the Position
REX is looking for an in-house mid-level Recruiter with technical recruiting experience to help drive hiring efforts for multiple job opportunities and various skill levels with an emphasis on sales and technical positions. This full-time position involves attracting potential candidates using various sources which include social media networks, recruiting sites, and other creative techniques. The successful Recruiter will keep the process running smoothly, conduct screening interviews and reference checks, work with hiring managers on evolving needs and role definitions, make recommendations to management, and assist in closing candidates. The responsibilities of the REX Recruiter are to ensure REX attracts, hires, and retains the highest quality team members.
